  • Nobles Electronic Library (Al‑Nubala’): The commercial name of the library

  • User: Any person who accesses or uses the website

  • Content: Includes digital books, audiobooks, printed books, visual materials, texts, images, designs, and materials published through the platform

  • Services: Includes browsing, purchasing, renting, digital reading, listening, publishing services, translation, design, marketing, and technical support.

  • Third Party: For the purposes of these terms, a third party refers to any entity independent of Nobles Electronic Library that handles data or provides supporting services under binding contractual agreements. This includes payment processors, hosting providers, cybersecurity vendors, governmental authorities, or advertising partners. Third parties may not use personal data for any independent purpose and must comply with data protection standards and international regulations.

Nobles Electronic Library provides a platform for displaying, selling, and renting:

  • Digital books (E‑Books)

  • Audiobooks

  • Printed books

  • Visual or interactive content

  • Services for authors and publishers in cooperation with LMD Business Consulting and Solutions Center:

    • Translation

    • Design

    • Editing

    • Marketing

    • Electronic publishing

Features, prices, or title availability may change without prior notice, in accordance with global practices.

Service availability may vary depending on the country or legal restrictions.

Eligibility (Children’s Policy)

  • Minors under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from creating an account, making purchases, or subscribing to any service requiring personal data. Use of services must be under parental supervision.

  • General browsing without an account is permitted. If an account belonging to a minor under 18 is discovered, it will be immediately terminated without prior notice.

  • No data from children under 18 is collected under any circumstances.

  • Adults may purchase children’s books or content intended for minors.

Accounts and Permitted Use

You are responsible for:

No unnecessary data is collected, and data is not used for purposes not stated in these terms.

Exporting and Deleting Your Data

  • You may: You may export a copy of your content stored in your Nobles account for backup or external use.

  • To delete your information, you may:

    • Delete your content from specific services

    • Search for specific items and delete them

    • Delete certain products or services, including associated data

    • Delete your entire Nobles account

Users may request account deletion at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Personal data is deleted within 30 days of the request, while financial and legal records are retained for the period required by law (at least 10 years).

When you delete data, we track the deletion process to ensure your data is fully and securely removed from our servers or retained in a non‑identifiable form. Backup systems may require additional time before deletion is fully completed.

Purchasing, Renting, and Payment

Prices and Payment

  • Prices and rental periods are clearly displayed before completing the order.

  • After payment, reading, listening, or download permissions are activated according to the license type.

  • Payment methods include:

    • Credit cards

    • Western Union

    • Bank accounts

    • Cash payments within Syria

    • Cash accounts of Syrian telecom companies

Payment Policy

  • Payments may be made via credit cards, Western Union, or bank accounts in the local currency of the user’s country, automatically converted to Syrian Pounds, or via cash or telecom cash accounts within Syria.

  • Order details are sent via email, and customers may track their order status through the “Your Account” section.

  • Payment information you provide is transmitted directly to the service provider through a secure channel.

  • Payments are processed through approved electronic gateways: Syriatel Cash, Zain/MTN Cash, Paymera, credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.

Refund Policy

  • Digital products (e‑books and audiobooks):

  • Non‑refundable after purchase, download, or beginning of reading/listening, to protect intellectual property rights.

  • In case of a technical error (file cannot open or is corrupted), contact support within 7 days for evaluation and replacement.

  • Physical products (printed books):

  • Refunds are available within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the book is in its original condition (unopened and undamaged).

  • Shipping fees and bank transfer costs are deducted, and the remaining balance is credited to the customer’s account for future use (not refunded in cash).

  • Price differences due to transfer costs are retained as store credit.

Delivery and Shipping

  • No services or products are provided to any country prohibited under Syrian law.

  • Customers are notified of payment confirmation via email.

Account Information Management

Users may:

  • Update personal information

  • Modify advertising settings

  • Manage privacy preferences

  • Control the visibility of their name and photo in reviews

  • Delete their account or export their data

  • Note: Deleting certain data may disable some services.

Managing Reviewing, and Updating Your Information Your Information
